Produced in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, which is famous for its ceramics (Seto ware).
Seto ware was once produced in large quantities for export to Europe, and this series reuses molds that were exported overseas at that time.

The classic relief pattern creates a French shabby atmosphere when combined with antique furniture and a white table with peeling paint.
